We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as our processing activities do not meet the legal threshold requiring one.
What data we collect and why
Website visit data
When you visit our site, our hosting platform (Wix) and Meta Pixel automatically collect device and usage data, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source. If enabled, analytics cookies collect similar data to help us understand site usage.

Newsletter sign-up
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address to send you updates about our products.*Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
Retailer applications
If you apply to become a retailer, we collect your company name, address, email address, and VAT number to assess and process your application and, if approved, to manage the business relationship.
Legal basis: necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
You are not obliged to provide any of this data, but we cannot process your newsletter sign-up or retailer application without it.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Meta Pixel, for site functionality, analytics, and advertising purposes. A cookie banner lets you choose which non-essential cookies to allow. Who we share data with
We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:

How long we keep your data
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe
Retailer application data: for the duration of the business relationship, or up to 2 years after a rejected or inactive application. Financial/administrative records arising from a retailer relationship: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
